The Joy of Travel - India
Ann and I love India, its people, places, plants and animals. These galleries cover a trip in January and February 2020, in other words before the disaster that was coming. I've divided the trip into four galleries covering our time in the northern "Golden Triangle" and the southern states of Karnataka and Kerala.

In India's northern Triangle of Dehli, Agra and Jaipur there are many historical gems including some fabulous World Heritage Sites.
Karnataka
Four hours flight south of Jaipur and we were in the lushness of the south in the state of Karnataka. Palaces and temples gave way to coffee, spices and relaxation.
Ranthambore
Ranthambore National Park is world famous with the animals from there featuring on many nature documentaries.
Kerala
The lush state of Kerala lies on the SW edge of India reaching well into the tropics. It's a wonderfully varied state from the mountains of the Western Ghats to the Backwaters and Arabian Sea coast.
